Navigation in this frame shouldn't be too hard, first you choose a category of women you want to see in the top left window, then the listing of women in that category will appear in the left window, then you select a particular lady you want to see thumbnails of and then those thumbnails will appear just left from this window. If you click on one of the thumbnails the actual picture will appear in this window.

If you can't stand the frame anymore just hit the button "HOME" in the top left window and you will be brought back to the mainpage.
The left windows can be moved, the top windows can't, don't even try !!
